2 Case Managers for Additional Documentation of Insurance Intermediaries (m/f/d)

Main tasks

• Independent processing and monitoring of requests for additional documentation from insurance intermediaries in German and French
• Handling and processing of technical and administrative requests in writing and by telephone
• Collaboration with supervisory groups as well as other divisions, particularly Enforcement
• Participation in the efficient and quality-compliant processing of requests

Required profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (CFC), ideally supplemented by a professional baccalaureate
• Initial professional experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
• Precise and rigorous working method, even when handling a large volume of cases
• Excellent knowledge of German and French (level C2) and genuine enjoyment in writing emails and written responses in both languages
