The focus of this role is the connection of people, organisations, and modern technology. You support customers in using Microsoft 365 sensibly, understanding requirements, and integrating suitable solutions into everyday work. You combine technical understanding with consulting competence and a good sense of organisational contexts.
Responsibilities:
Support customers in the introduction and optimal use of Microsoft 365
Analyse requirements and develop practical solution approaches
Independent configuration of Microsoft 365 and coordination with cloud, security, and development teams
Planning and conducting customer workshops
Use of modern technologies and methods in customer projects
Support for presales, customer presentations, and proposal preparations
Participation in the further development of services and consulting offerings
Qualifications:
Experience in consulting, project work, or a comparable customer-oriented function
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot
Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards customers
Good understanding of organisations, processes, and economic contexts
Experience dealing with technical issues and the ability to convey complex content understandably
Knowledge of change management, for example PROSCI, is an advantage
Very good German language skills at native level, ideally with Swiss German
Willingness for regular assignments on-site at the customer
