Head of Finance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF135,000 - 150,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss company in mechanical and plant engineering. With innovative technologies and high expertise, the company develops high-quality solutions for various industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the finance team with a focus on accounting, treasury, and taxes
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the finance area
- Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to optimise company performance
- Conducting cash flow analyses and liquidity planning as well as managing payment flows
- Contact person for external auditors, tax advisors, and authorities in all finance-related matters
- Continuous development of financial processes and systems, especially in the SAP environment
Qualifications:
- Completed business studies with a focus on finance or a federal diploma in finance and accounting
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a senior finance role, ideally in an industrial company and international environment
- Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting standards (Swiss GAAP FER and OR)
- Experience in using SAP and other financial systems
- Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers as well as high IT affinity
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
