• You install, programme and maintain modern video surveillance and security systems.

• You independently troubleshoot and enjoy customer contact

• You ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of the systems.

• You independently and solution-orientedly manage service and maintenance orders.

• You work closely with internal specialists as well as external partners.

• You actively contribute your technical know-how to the further development of our solutions.

What defines you

• You have completed training as a multimedia electronics technician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, telematics technician EFZ, automation technician EFZ or building IT technician EFZ.

• Ideally, you already have experience in the field of video and security systems.

• You have good IT skills and ideally already have knowledge of network technologies or the motivation to acquire and continuously expand these.

• You work independently, reliably and enjoy exchanging ideas with different stakeholders.

• You approach challenges in a structured way and find suitable solutions together with the team.

• You hold a category B driving licence.
