- You design, implement, and maintain sophisticated server, storage, backup, and virtualisation concepts
- In this role, you are responsible for IT infrastructure solutions for clients after your team induction
- As an IT System Engineer Infrastructure & Virtualisation, you manage both classic project business and the further development of existing and new infrastructure solutions
- You implement solutions ranging from local single-room concepts to highly available mirroring scenarios in distributed data centres
- In this role, you support the outsourcing of infrastructures to the NetPlans Business Cloud or to Microsoft Azure
- As an IT System Engineer Infrastructure & Virtualisation, you assist sales in the pre-sales phase with technical queries
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed your university studies or your training as an IT specialist for system integration
- You have practical experience with server and storage solutions
- You have experience with virtualisation, ideally with VMware and Hyper-V
- You are familiar with backup solutions and Microsoft Azure
- You work methodically, analytically, independently, and responsibly and are willing to travel regionally
- You bring very good German skills, high customer orientation, communication skills, and organisational talent
