Citrix Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 125,000Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as a Citrix System Engineer with a professional level of experience. In this role, you take responsibility for the administration and operation of Citrix systems. You are responsible for the configuration, operation, and maintenance of the systems to ensure high availability and security. You work closely with the IT team to develop and implement solutions for complex technical problems. You contribute your skills and experience to optimise and improve the IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
You operate and develop the Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp infrastructure
In this role, you support the expansion of the system landscape
As a Citrix (System) Engineer, you independently carry out migrations and small projects
You assist in creating technical concepts and system overviews
You analyse technical problems and handle tickets in 2nd/3rd level support
You document your work and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
You have a vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification
You have solid knowledge in the administration, configuration, and operation of Citrix NetScaler ADC
You have good experience in load balancing, SSL offloading, gateway, and authentication solutions with Citrix NetScaler
You have experience migrating Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops to Citrix DaaS as well as supporting the introduction and optimisation of Citrix Cloud Services
You have very good knowledge of Windows environments, such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO
You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
