ARASAPE is an association bringing together the 18 municipalities of the Aigle district and the Pays-d'Enhaut. Among other missions, it manages the Regional Social Centre (CSR) of Bex and Aigle, as well as the social insurance agencies (AAS) of Bex, Aigle, Villeneuve, Ollon, Le Sépey and Château d’Oex.
As part of strengthening its activities related to the management of Integration Income (RI) benefits, ARASAPE wishes to expand its teams and is looking for a:
RI Case Manager at 80-100%
on a fixed-term contract (12 months)
Your mission:
Support unit managers in the operational monitoring of RI cases and contribute to the quality of benefit delivery by performing control, verification, monitoring and administrative processing of cases according to current procedures, standards and directives.
Your main tasks:
- Support group leaders in the operational monitoring of RI cases
- Carry out targeted administrative checks and identify any anomalies
- Ensure follow-up of corrections and regularisations of RI cases
- Perform certain administrative processes related to RI benefits
- Contribute to the quality and compliance of cases and benefits delivered
Profile sought:
- Federal VET diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification
- Certificate as a generalist in social insurance, an asset
- Proficiency in common IT tools (office software and email) and specialised tools such as MAORI
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Sense of responsibility and personal commitment
- Autonomy and a collaborative spirit
