As part of a fixed-term mandate for one of our clients, a General Contractor - Total, we are looking for an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor.
Construction Quantity Surveyor
- Basic training in construction technology or studies in the field of construction and - Experience in construction and project management at the execution, planning and costing level (preferably in GC - TC projects)
- Strong understanding of construction techniques
- Independent and structured, quality and solution oriented
- Analysis of tender documents and costs for the realisation of new projects
- Preparation of measurements and quantities
- Project budget estimation
- Preparation of price studies
- Preparation of detailed offers (including specifications)
- Preparation of tender documentation
- Analysis and comparison of tender returns
- Negotiation
- Search for optimisation
- Support in the administrative and financial management of projects
