Competences and potential

• Diploma as a nurse specialist (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Motivation to complete the postgraduate studies in intensive care nursing
• Committed, responsible and resilient personality
• Strong team skills as well as high social competence
• Enjoyment of a varied and dynamic hospital routine
• Understanding of interprofessional collaboration on an equal footing
