Junior ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your IT foundation is set. Now comes the next step: actively shaping projects, processes, and ERP.
You have completed training in IT systems engineering and are currently pursuing further education or a degree in business informatics? Then this position offers the opportunity to combine technical know-how with business understanding and project management. We are looking for a junior professional who wants to take on responsibility and develop into a skilled ERP project manager in the long term.
Responsibilities:
Participation and prospective assumption of responsibility in ERP and digitalisation projects
Support in planning, coordinating, and implementing demanding IT projects
Analysis of business processes and translation of functional requirements into technical solutions
Support of ERP implementations, optimisations, and further developments
Coordination between IT, specialist departments, and external technology partners
Collection and structuring of requirements from different company areas
Creation of solution concepts, project documents, and decision-making bases
Support in workshops, project meetings, and status reviews
Coordination of tasks, deadlines, and project dependencies
Support of tests, releases, and rollouts
Identification of optimisation potentials in existing processes and systems
Gradual assumption of own sub-projects and later full project responsibility
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ system engineering or comparable IT training
Ongoing or recently completed studies or further education in business informatics HF or FH
Strong interest in ERP systems, digitalisation, and business processes
Basic understanding of IT infrastructures, applications, databases, and interfaces
Initial experience with project work is an advantage
Analytical and structured way of thinking
Enjoyment in linking technical contexts with business requirements
Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
Strong communication skills and professional appearance
High willingness to learn and interest in modern technologies
