Head of Corporate Resilience Management (m/f/d)

What to expect

In this role, you are part of the CISO Office and jointly shape the resilience, security and business continuity of the Mobiliar Group together with internal and external stakeholders. In doing so, you contribute to developing, coordinating and continuously improving the relevant framework conditions, guidelines and processes group-wide.

What you achieve with us

You have group-wide responsibility for the areas of Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity Management. Additionally, you are responsible for the Corporate Resilience Management of the Mobiliar Group in the 2nd Line of Defence and integrate this into the cyber strategy of the CISO Office. With an implementation-oriented and conscientious working style, you further develop the group-wide resilience strategy, prioritise measures to strengthen resilience and accompany their implementation together with the responsible units.

You identify and assess risks in the areas of business continuity and security and ensure appropriate control. In doing so, you work closely with the CISO Office, specialist departments, risk management and leadership personnel. Furthermore, you continuously develop the COREM directives and guidelines and ensure their effective implementation.

As the central contact person for crisis management, you will coordinate and lead the group-wide crisis team in the future and support the organisation in crisis situations and special events. With your connecting manner, you bring together different stakeholders, represent Mobiliar in relevant committees and motivate others to drive joint solutions forward.

What you bring with you

• University degree or advanced training in risk management, resilience management, security management or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management as well as in crisis and incident management
• Confident appearance and target group-oriented communication with different stakeholders, even in demanding or unclear situations
• Experience in coordinating people and teams in crisis or change situations and providing orientation
• Conscientious, responsible and implementation-oriented
• Very good German skills as well as good French and English skills
