Role:

As a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer, you bring companies technically up to date and ensure IT that simply works in everyday life. The focus is on Microsoft 365 (M365), Entra ID, and hybrid infrastructures. You lead many of your projects technically yourself and bring them to completion. Variety is guaranteed, as every customer environment presents you with new challenges. Your knowledge has a direct impact on the customer and does not remain stuck in the concept phase.

Responsibilities:

• You take on the technical leadership of client, workplace, and migration projects and bring customer environments into hybrid or cloud-based platforms.

• For a modern client lifecycle, you rely on Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.

• You administer Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Security and continuously develop the environments.

• Furthermore, you plan infrastructure, network, and backup projects and take care of Active Directory as well as Windows Server in hybrid setups.

• Technical special cases in 2nd and 3rd level support come to you, and you find the appropriate solution.

• In addition, you accompany onboardings and operational takeovers with thorough current state analyses and clear documentation and are deployed directly on site for new and existing customers.

Qualifications:

• You have several years of experience as an engineer in Microsoft environments.

• You bring solid knowledge in Azure and Microsoft cloud services, complemented by sound knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and hybrid scenarios.

• Ideally, you have already worked with endpoint management, Veeam, Sophos, or Fortinet. You also score points with experience in network, server, and storage components as well as Microsoft Security.

• You are ideally familiar with project business in the IT service environment. You thoroughly examine existing infrastructures and clearly document your findings.

• You approach challenges in a structured and independent manner and always think in terms of solutions.

• Furthermore, you look forward to regular assignments at customers and hold a category B driving licence.
