Accountant

Your tasks:

- Entry of supplier invoices and allocation of expenses

- Payment of supplier invoices

- Follow-up and processing of reminders

- Entry of accounting entries

- Project invoicing

- Receipts according to bank statements

- Responsible for the cash register

- Follow-up on client invoice reminders

- Management and follow-up of disputed files

- Accounting and reconciliation of social charges

- Assistance with VAT returns

- Assistance with financial closings

- Standardisation and documentation of processes

- Administrative tasks

- Processing and follow-up of general emails (suppliers@, accounting@)

- Preparation of documents and official letters

- Filing and archiving

Your profile:

• Training in accounting
• At least 5 years of accounting experience in Switzerland and in the construction sector
• Proficient in Excel
• Good organisation and autonomy
• Knowledge of the construction sector is a plus
