System Engineer Microsoft Workplace (m/f/d)

Role:
Modern IT workplaces are more than just functioning devices and applications. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who intelligently connects Microsoft technologies, further develops complex workplace environments, and creates innovative solutions for a secure, productive working world.
Responsibilities:
Design, further development and operation of modern Microsoft workplace infrastructures
Engineering and optimisation of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID
Automation of deployment, configuration and administration processes with PowerShell
Implementation of modern endpoint management concepts for Windows clients and mobile devices
Development and implementation of security policies based on zero-trust principles
Analysis of complex technical faults and sustainable optimisation of the system landscape
Participation in cloud migrations, workplace transformations and technical architecture projects
Evaluation of new technologies and implementation of innovative workplace standards
Qualifications:
Solid experience in Microsoft workplace engineering or system administration
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune and Windows client management
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management and modern authentication methods
Practical knowledge of PowerShell and automation of recurring IT processes
Understanding of IT security, compliance and structured authorisation concepts
Analytical thinking, independent working style and enthusiasm for technical challenges
Interest in modern cloud architectures, infrastructure as code and continuous improvement
