Your tasks

• Responsibility for the HR systems Abacus (Payroll and HR) as well as Siaxma (Time Management) including ensuring high master data quality
• Ensuring smooth operation as well as documentation of the systems and interfaces to surrounding systems
• Development and implementation of digital processes and tools in collaboration with the specialist departments and sales partners
• Ensuring 2nd level support by analysing and resolving occurring faults
• Coordination during operational disruptions and maintenance work as well as planning and execution of releases, updates and tests in collaboration with the specialist departments and sales partners
• Participation in projects and initiatives

Your profile

• Education in computer science or business administration as well as several years of experience in application management of HR systems
• Sound knowledge of HR systems (ideally Abacus and Siaxma), PowerBI and Office applications as well as a strong IT affinity
• Experience in optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes
• Structured, precise and independent working style as well as high quality and responsibility awareness
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and ensuring stable application operation as well as a pronounced customer and service orientation
