Role:
Modern communication solutions combine collaboration, telephony and digital workplaces. In this role, the focus is on the technical implementation and further development of Microsoft Teams environments as well as the integration of modern voice and collaboration solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, implementation and operation of Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone
Implementation of Teams telephony with Direct Routing, Operator Connect and Calling Plans
Integration of existing telephony and communication environments into Microsoft Teams
Analysis of technical requirements and creation of concepts for tenants, policies, permissions and voice services
Conducting workshops and advising on best practices, adoption and operating models
Support of migrations and introduction of new Teams features
Further development of managed services in the Microsoft 365 environment
Collaboration with internal specialists and technical contacts on the customer side
Qualifications:
Several years of experience with Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone and Microsoft 365
Solid knowledge of Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Calling Plans and Enterprise Voice
Experience with collaboration and communication solutions
Knowledge of Exchange Online or SharePoint Online is an advantage
Understanding of permissions, security requirements and Microsoft 365 architectures
Microsoft certifications in Teams, Microsoft 365 or Azure are an advantage
Customer-oriented, structured and independent working style
Fluent German skills as well as good English skills
