As a Senior HR Business Partner, you support a strategic management team and its managers on all human and organisational issues. You oversee the main HR processes, contribute to transformation projects, and manage and develop a team of four HR professionals.

Responsibilities
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you act as a strategic partner to the management and managers of a key company department. You support them in their human, organisational, and managerial challenges while actively contributing to HR strategy.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Advising and supporting management and managers on topics related to employee development, mobility, performance, engagement, and complex HR situations.
- Translating business priorities into concrete HR actions and ensuring the deployment of HR policies and processes.
- Managing key HR processes, including promotions, evaluations, salary reviews, budgets, training needs, talent reviews, and resource planning.
- Supporting digital, cultural, and organisational transformations and acting as a true change facilitator.
- Contributing to the development of a positive corporate culture and strengthening employee engagement.
- Participating in initiatives related to health, workplace well-being, and the prevention of psychosocial risks.
- Monitoring and analysing HR indicators to provide management with relevant information for decision-making.
- Identifying HR trends, risks, and opportunities and proposing pragmatic solutions adapted to business needs.
- Managing, supporting, and developing a team of four HR professionals.
- Fostering close collaboration between various HR and operational stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
You have at least 7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a comparable strategic HR position, ideally gained in a complex and demanding environment.
Accustomed to working closely with managers and executives, you understand business challenges and translate them into relevant HR solutions. Your credibility, influencing skills, and pragmatic approach allow you to be recognised as a true partner by your contacts.
You also bring:
- Proven experience in HR consulting for managers and executives.
- Experience or strong skills in team management and development.
- French or German as your main language, with very good command of the other language (minimum B2).
- Excellent communication, advisory, and influencing skills.
- A structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach.
- A strong ability to manage complex and sensitive situations with discernment.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to propose concrete and innovative solutions.
- A keen interest in organisational transformation, talent development, and the evolution of HR practices.
- Good command of Microsoft 365 and modern collaborative tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ease in using HR indicators to support decision-making.
