IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Handling 1st-/2nd-level support requests via telephone, email, and ticket system for on-premises and cloud customers
Responsibility for operation, maintenance, and availability of IT systems
Participation in the maintenance and further development of the cloud infrastructure including own Swiss data centre, Microsoft 365, and Azure
Supporting other teams with customer projects and technical challenges
Active involvement in shaping support processes and tools as well as gradually taking on more responsibility
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of Windows 11 and 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft 365, especially Office, Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of direct user contact
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Driving licence category B advantageous
Very good German skills spoken and written
