For one of our clients, active in a dynamic and international environment, we are looking for a:
Supply Chain Agent at 100%
Responsibilities:
- Create, transmit and monitor orders with suppliers.
- Ensure proper order confirmation and compliance with agreed quantities, deadlines and conditions.
- Monitor orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Identify any delays or discrepancies and carry out necessary follow-ups with suppliers.
- Organise and coordinate the transport of goods with suppliers, carriers and logistics partners.
- Track shipments and communicate expected arrival dates to various internal contacts.
- Coordinate operations with the logistics partner and ensure the transmission of necessary information for goods receipt.
- Manage and resolve any anomalies related to deliveries: quantity discrepancies, missing or incorrect products, damaged goods, etc.
- Receive and check supplier invoices ensuring their conformity with orders.
- Identify and resolve any price, quantity or commercial condition discrepancies.
- Follow up on invoices until validation and payment.
- Handle supplier claims and ensure their follow-up until resolution.
- Prepare and maintain various reports and operational tracking on Excel.
- Ensure reliable visibility on current orders, delays, deliveries and any anomalies.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes.
Profile:
- You have a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in Supply Chain, logistics, purchasing or a similar operational environment.
- You ideally have experience in supplier management and order tracking.
- Experience in an e-commerce, retail or high-paced environment is a real asset.
- You have excellent command of Excel, especially pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP functions as well as data analysis and reconciliation.
- You are comfortable managing large volumes of data and simultaneously tracking numerous orders.
- Knowledge of an ERP, WMS or other purchasing and logistics tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Airtable and automation tools such as Make.com or n8n is a plus.
- You have excellent command of French and a good level of professional English.
- Knowledge of German is a strong asset.
- You are organised, rigorous and particularly attentive to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, you are able to anticipate issues and follow them through to resolution.
- You enjoy dynamic environments, know how to manage priorities and are comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders.
