APROMAD supports children and their families in a caring and respectful environment that meets their needs. We are looking for passionate night nurses, ready to engage with children living with chronic conditions, multiple disabilities, or tracheostomies for active night care within their homes.

Night Nurses Specialising in Paediatrics 40-100%
LOCATION
Canton of Vaud
ROLE
- Provide quality care (both technical and relational) during the night to children in their homes.
- Offer respite to families through your caring and professional presence.
- Work closely with families, respecting their rhythm and needs.
- Participate in the follow-up and continuity of care in liaison with parents and the multidisciplinary team.
- Help create an atmosphere of trust and safety for the child and their loved ones.

PROFILE
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or an equivalent qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in paediatrics.
- Interest in chronic conditions, multiple disabilities, and complex situations.
- Experience in adult or paediatric intensive care is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining smooth communication with the team and families.
- Empathy, listening skills, and a sense of responsibility.
