Clerk for Parcel Scheduling (m/f/d)

• You plan the available vehicles, taking into account the algorithm, our drivers, and the various regions
• As team captain of the drivers, you are responsible, among other things, for monitoring the routes and ensuring compliance with processes
• You communicate with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth operation
• If things don’t run smoothly, you handle customer deviations with great goodwill and a strong service mindset
• You promote close collaboration with supervisors and colleagues, following the motto "one for all, all for one"

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the transport or logistics sector
• Shift work between 6:00 and 20:00? No problem for you, as you appreciate variety
• Your excellent geography skills make your work easier
• PC, telephone, chat – you are quick as a weasel and handle all communication tools with ease
• You can express yourself confidently in German, both orally and in writing
• You work reliably, precisely, and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Even when it gets stressful, you stay calm and keep an overview
• You have a choice of workplace – you can choose between Bern and Kallnach
