For many years, my client has been supporting their customers in the design and realisation of quality solutions in the field of sun protection. To strengthen their organisation, they are seeking a Sector Manager Fabric capable of coordinating the entire process, from the customer request to manufacturing.
A true pivot between customers, suppliers and production, you ensure the smooth running of orders while guaranteeing quality, deadlines and the satisfaction of our partners.
Sector Manager Fabric FR/GER
- Commercial or technical apprenticeship qualification
- Fluency in German essential C1/C2
- Proven experience in a technical, industrial or construction-related environment.
- Knowledge of the blinds, sun protection or closures sector is a strong asset.
- Excellent organisational skills and sense of priorities.
- Ease in contacts with customers and suppliers.
- Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in common IT tools.
- Manage customer requests and prepare commercial offers.
- Record and monitor orders ensuring conformity of references, dimensions, quantities and deadlines.
- Calculate material requirements and prepare manufacturing files.
- Ensure the purchase of fabrics, textiles, accessories and components necessary for production.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers and ensure supply follow-up.
- Work closely with the workshop manager to coordinate manufacturing priorities.
- Monitor order progress and anticipate potential delays or difficulties.
- Ensure smooth information flow between customers, suppliers and production.
- Participate in the commercial development of the sector through targeted actions and promotion of our solutions.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the department's activity.
