IT Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the operation and further development of a global IT infrastructure
Handling complex issues in 2nd-level support and supporting end users
Participating in IT infrastructure projects and implementing technical solutions with internal stakeholders
Administration and optimisation of Microsoft, network, virtualisation, and Citrix environments
Monitoring and further development of IT security in collaboration with the internal security team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable education with relevant professional experience
At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
Solid knowledge of networks, firewalls, switches, routers, virtualisation, and Citrix
Experience with SD-WAN, ADC as well as IT security and security requirements in global IT environments
Fluent English spoken and written as well as mandatory German skills
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
