What you can achieve
- Participation in school management and school development of the Kantonsschule Kollegium Schwyz
- Co-responsibility for personnel management and evaluation of teachers
- Pedagogical and organisational leadership of the upper grades of the short-term grammar school as well as the Passerelle course
- Support of pupils in school and organisational matters
- Taking on further school dossiers and projects
- Close and constructive collaboration within the three-person school management as well as with teachers and administration
- Leadership activity 60%, teaching activity 20-40%
What distinguishes you
- University degree as well as recognised teaching diploma for grammar schools
- Several years of teaching experience at secondary level II
- Leadership experience, for example in school management or in leading working groups, teams or projects
- Completed school management training or willingness to complete it promptly
- Strong communication and cooperation skills as well as an appreciative and binding leadership style
- Organisational talent, decisiveness and a high sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of school development, innovation and jointly shaping a lively school culture
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
- Resilience and confident handling of different stakeholders
