Junior System Administrator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Administration of the backup system and logging
Support at first and second level as well as handling of ticketing systems
Setting up and maintaining Hyper-V and Windows servers
Knowledge in IP telephony and call centre solutions
Qualifications:
Apprenticeship in IT or equivalent education
Know-how with virtualisation (Hyper-V), network technology and storage systems
Experience in VOIP and IP telephony is an advantage
Recent graduates welcome: experience in 1st and 2nd level support desirable
Very good German and good English skills
