Your Tasks
- Support and maintenance of existing customer relationships in the technical environment
- Independent communication with customers via telephone, e-mail and digital tools
- Analysis, coordination and resolution of technical customer enquiries and faults
- Handling customer cases including creation and processing of invoicing
- Review and approval of technician reports as well as ensuring compliance with defined processes (e.g. iPDF, service protocols, etc.)
- Support of the technical hotline and conducting fault analyses
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training
- Very good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (TNC 530 / 620 / 640)
- Experience with Siemens controls
- Good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Sound electrical knowledge as well as ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Fluent in German
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused working style
- Strong communication skills and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of technical challenges and complex fault analyses
- Team player with willingness to collaborate with various departments
