ICT Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF77,999 - 85,000Rocken® specialises in recruiting talents and experts from IT platform development. Responsibilities:
Support of SME customers on site (alone or together with a team colleague)
Consulting customers and their users on Microsoft 365/DWP topics
Planning and implementation of exciting and challenging IT projects
Support of customers in 1st and 2nd level support
Qualifications:
- Completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent basic training
- Experience with cloud computing or openness regarding Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft client/server infrastructures
- Microsoft certification(s) at MCSA level or equivalent knowledge
- Experience in network support
- Experience in external customer support
- Very good German and good English skills
- Category B driving licence
