Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Independent execution of financial accounting, including account management and postings
- Preparation, monitoring, and execution of monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of financial reports and statements according to IFRS/OR
- Close collaboration with management and other departments
- Responsibility for cash management and liquidity planning
- Conducting budget controls and variance analyses
- Preparation and support of the annual audit by external auditors
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training with further education as a Swiss Federal Diploma in finance and accounting or similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
- Confidence in preparing financial statements according to IFRS/OR
- Sound knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Proficient use of financial software and MS Excel
- Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
- Independent and structured working style
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
