Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a committed individual to support the finance team in operational accounting. You will independently take on various tasks within accounting and ensure reliable processing of financial transactions. You will work with several companies and also contribute to reporting and evaluation topics.
Responsibilities:
You manage the accounting of several companies and handle the tasks arising in the accounts receivable and accounts payable areas
You prepare monthly and quarterly reports and support their further development
You use various finance and reporting systems and prepare meaningful evaluations with Excel as well as other finance-related documents
You review existing workflows and actively contribute to the optimisation of processes and digital solutions
You collaborate with various internal contacts, clarify requirements, and support the implementation of suitable solutions in the finance area
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and hold the Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting or are close to completion
You bring practical experience in operational accounting and are familiar with the various accounting processes
You work very confidently with Excel
You have fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
