Within our personal insurance department (LAA, LAAC, accident daily sickness benefits), you are the first point of contact for our clients and manage health claims from start to finish. You see this role not only as a duty to help your clients but above all as an opportunity to develop and maintain a good relationship with our clientele.

Your tasks

• You independently and client-orientedly manage claims files
• You apply benefit regulations according to legal and contractual provisions
• You collaborate closely with our various partners and draft decisions
• You correspond and conduct interviews with the different parties involved in the settlement of a claim (insured persons, employers, medical service, other insurers, lawyers, …)
• You identify recourse claims against responsible third parties and other insurers

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, Federal Certificate in social insurance is an asset
• Professional experience in claims management
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss social security and private insurance
• Reliable, empathetic personality, excellent negotiation skills and professional attitude towards clients
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written; good knowledge of German, English and/or Italian is an asset
