Introduction

To strengthen
our team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Sales Consultant /
Recruitment Consultant in Lucerne (m/f/d) 100%. We are a leading company in the
field of personnel consulting and placement and support companies in the
areas of Sales, Marketing and Events. With us, you take on
the complete 360° recruitment process: from client acquisition through
support to the recruitment and placement of candidates.

Tasks

• You actively acquire and support
  clients in the areas of Sales, Marketing & Events
• You conduct client visits and
  personnel requirement analyses
• You take over the
  recruitment process: placing advertisements, searching for candidates, conducting
  interviews, creating dossiers
• You place candidates for
  temporary and permanent positions
• You support and accompany
  employees during assignments
• You use digital tools and networks
  to acquire clients and candidates

Profile

• Completed commercial
  training and/or experience in sales, marketing or event management
• Initial experience in sales or
  recruiting
• Strong communication skills,
  service-oriented and sales-affine
• Good
  knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Very good German and
  French skills, English is an advantage
• Driving licence
  category B required
