Horticultural Worker - Assistant (80% to 100%)

A major landowner, the City of Lausanne maintains its urban spaces and forests according to the principles of sustainable development. For our parks, we are looking for a horticultural worker at 80-100%.

Duration

Assistant contract for a duration of 4 months

Main Mission(s)

Participate in the maintenance and development work of the parks

Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and tools

Carry out quality control

Participate in various tasks of the division and the service

Profile

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in earth-related trades

Able to work at height in trees with a safety harness

Autonomy, good organisation, flexibility and ability to cooperate with colleagues

Special Conditions

Clean criminal record

Driving licence (cat. B) required

Trailer licence (BE) desired

Weekend on-call service on a rotating basis throughout the year

Work mainly outdoors
