Join our dynamic POS Experience - Operations team as an Intern in Shop Visual Merchandising. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and software implementation within a retail environment. Be part of a team that is critical to Sunrise Telco's visual merchandising process, and help us streamline and standardize our approach across all stores.

Tasks:

  • Coordinate (internal) and oversee the rollout of the "Visual Merchandiser" tool to Sunrise stores
  • Conduct training sessions for store personnel on how to use the new tool and assist in understanding its functionalities
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase
  • Develop an Incentive Dashboard on Shop Execution driven by an AI Tool
  • Create a comprehensive rollout plan for all direct channel stores
  • Provide training and in-store help for store teams
  • Ensure the perfect execution of Sunrise stores

Requirements:

  • Education in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Information Technology
  • Hands-on experience or quick learning ability in software implementation
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to adapt quickly and solve problems effectively
  • Independence and flexibility
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Willingness to work on the road
  • Fluency in German and English. Additional proficiency in French and Italian is preferable
