Key responsibilities

Manufacturing management

  • Produce on time the quantity of products required, meeting the exact quality product specification.
  • In charge of production planning in sync with logistics and sales.
  • Pursue Lean journey including set up of tools on the floor (visual management, 5S, TPM, SMED, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Act as day to day problem solver for manufacturing operations.
  • Analyze and improve production performance. Optimize the process line to meet and exceed quality, productivity, cost and time objectives.
  • Contribute to work organization and priority management. Control the workload/capacity adequacy of employees and anticipate workforce needs.
  • Train manufacturing team according to required SOP and work instructions.
  • Coordinate activities for improvement of equipment, tools and processes to achieve operational excellence (process improvement program).
  • Lead all technical related aspects (engineering / tooling / equipment / calibration / maintenance / infrastructures).
  • Participate actively to product/process validations and equipment qualifications as per the validation plan (and for new products developments requirements) in elaborating and executing validation protocols and reports.
  • In charge of supervising purchases and supply of raw material ensuring adequate stock levels in any time for manufacturing volumes.

Team management

  • Ensure compliance with processes and facilitate feedback information at any level. Train and motivate employees to make them accountable for quality and productivity.
  • Develop and ensure that quality tools are used and controlled. Ensure the autonomy of quality representative so that any quality problem is reported, contained and treated.
  • Motivate and develop staff in line for autonomy and flexibility in the axes of operations, technical, quality.
  • Create a favorable environment for the activity by promoting communication, generating a climate of trust and contributing to group cohesion.

Your role

Manage manufacturing operations, ensuring quantity of products required, quality and process performances. Lead the manufacturing team. Provide finished goods supply to meet manufacturing planning and sales demand.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an engineering field or similar technical experience acquired in industry
  • Expertise in Medical Device industry is beneficial, including quality and cleanroom manufacturing requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an industrial environment, managing a team
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Exemplarity, commitment, proactivity
  • Good level of verbal and written French and English
