On behalf of our client, we are seeking an:


Internal Audit Manager


  • Manage operational internal audit assignments (outsourcing and co-sourcing)
  • Identify and analyze business risks
  • Perform a quality review of operational and non-operational risk incidents and monitor associated action plans
  • Participate in improving and developing new methodologies, tools, and controls
  • Follow the recommendations, permanent control actions, and associated action plans
  • Advise in the field of internal auditing
  • Analyze, assess, set-up and fine-tune internal control systems
  • Join the existing internal audit team, contribute to business development, and acquire new clients in various industries
  • Communicate and collaborate with various departments to develop the operational risk culture.




  • Degree in Economics or similar, CIA degree
  • 5-7 years’ experience in internal audit, ideally in a consulting firm or in one of the “Big Four”
  • Fluent French, working knowledge of English
  • Previous experience in handling transversal projects
  • Strong client orientation in the industrial sector (SMEs or international corporations)
  • Talented professional with strong communication skills
  • Natural aptitude for advising and coaching clients on complex issues
  • Highly motivated and happy to work within a team in an international network.
