Overview
The Pure Solutions division is the market leader in Switzerland for laboratory workstation solutions and services in the field of "clean air". We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join Manuela Kurul's team of 8. You enjoy being the hub of the department, inspire our customers with your competent order processing and are a real team player, then a very varied task awaits you.
Responsibilities
- Processing customer enquiries
- Preparation of quotations, order processing and invoicing
- Interface between the sales, service, warehouse and product management departments
- Creation of service contracts
- Invoicing and checking technician reports
Hardskills
- Commercial training with good technical understanding
- Several years of professional experience in order processing
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Good knowledge of German is required, good knowledge of English and French is desirable
