Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are currently seeking aSenior Information Security Project Managerto join our team in thecanton of Basel, Switzerland.Your role will be instrumental in monitoring project finances, ensuring compliance, and reporting the overall progress of our security program.

Your responsibilities🎯 :

• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, including their dependencies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project status and finances at weekly and steering committee meetings, following our project management templates and methodologies.
• Establish and implement the governance structure for our security program and related projects, in accordance with our PMO offices.
• Ensure GMP CSV compliance in relevant projects, coordinating closely with the GMP CSV compliance team and Quality Assurance.
• Review and approve timesheets from external resources involved in the security program and submit billing for approval.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proposing appropriate mitigation strategies.

Your profile 🔥:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have 8-10 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in program management.
• Project management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are required.
• You have strong experiences in delivering security processes and solutions, including GRC, IAM, DLP, EDR/SIEM/SOC tools, CASB/SGW, etc.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have 👀:

• Knowledge ofGerman
• Knowledge of ICS/OT environments.
• Professional certifications in Information Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Knowledge of GDPR and GXP environments.
