Main Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Cell and Gene Therapy global R&D organization, working at the forefront of automating biological cell processing.

• Develop and debug software code, and design unit tests.
• Participate in the development and improvement of existing products following our Quality Management System (QMS).
• Support all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, implementation, reviews, testing, documentation, and validation.
• Write and maintain code for applications in high-level languages, translating manufacturing processes into machine instructions.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers (electrical, mechanical, software, material).
• Ensure compliance with ISO13485 or ISO9001 standards and other QMS requirements.

Required Profile:

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience.
• Strong knowledge of C#; knowledge of C/C++ is a plus.
• Interest and experience in software and hardware integration.
• Proficiency in any markup language (e.g., XML, TeX, HTML) is a plus.
• Excellent debugging skills.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• EU or Swiss nationality, or valid Swiss working permit
