Description and Requirements

As a Lenovo International Storage Services Delivery Leader you will have the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to our delivery teams and clients. The Storage Services Delivery Leader is a global role that works with our Geo Services Delivery teams from around the world including our internal and external teams to ensure that Lenovo continues to provide excellent service to our customers.

The Lenovo International Storage Services Delivery Leader acts as a central focal to drive Service Delivery improvements by keeping a close eye on delivery KPI results. This person also focuses on end to end processes to ensure Lenovo’s delivery team is providing world class support on products that are already shipping and inputting lessons learned into new product development cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly Business Management System (BMS) around Storage Services Delivery
  • Identify, drive, and track Storage Service Delivery improvements
  • Partner with internal delivery teams and external suppliers to recognize trends, improve performance, lead continuous improvement activities

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 + years experience in IT, Customer Service, Field Tech, or Account Management
  • General understanding of and technical competence in Data Center technologies, specifically storage solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ONTAP deployment and ONTAP specific knowledge in administration or troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of protocols (NFS, SMB/CIFS, Block, Object) how they work and how they are used in different solutions. Understanding solutions and how we integrate storage into the customer environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - ability to effectively interact and communicate with senior executives, customer technical and management teams.
  • Ability to participate and manage War Rooms when critical issues have been experienced, professional customer communication proficiency is key.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.450 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
