As "Global Media and Audience Senior Manager", you will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver breakthrough yet cost-effective media strategies for Nespresso campaigns. Your main objective will be to build brand love, create recognizable and relevant brands for consumers, and drive top and bottom-line growth for the company. This role encompasses all aspects of traditional media, digital media, and social media campaigns. You will lead regional media agencies according to the new operating model, working closely with the Data, CRM, and Performance teams for successful implementation.

A Day in the Life of a Global Media and Audience Senior Manager

  • Lead strategic media planning, execution, and evaluation in collaboration with Zones & Markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, including negotiating contracts and assessing performance
  • Partner with agencies to provide media principles and strategies across various channels
  • Work in close collaboration with Digital Partnerships team to develop platform strategies and build relationships with the key digital partners (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Partner with Insight and Analytics team members to develop standardized KPIs for media tracking and analyze data to improve efficiency and effectiveness of media
  • Develop media dashboard with the Performance and Data teams for daily operational needs and define standardize automated program
  • Ensure that HQ stakeholders and markets understand and implement best in class media and content practices

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, Media, or Marketing (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience managing / working on large global media budgets either at another advertiser or within media agency with focus on premium brands/FMCG
  • Experience in managing and influencing others across multi-functional teams
  • Demonstrated understanding and hands-on expertise in media planning, buying, and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing media performance
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to travel (once every quarter)
  • Fluent in English, French and/other language would be a plus
