In order to strengthen the group Financial HQ, we are seeking a Group Financial Reporting Manager reporting directly to the VP Group Accounting & Consolidation.

As part of the day to day you will collaborate closely with the group Finance and business teams around the world and oversee the financial reporting and communication as well as be part of important projects.

The Group Financial Reporting Manager will be a critical part of the team, working closely with group finance and the global finance teams to prepare, publish and enhance the company's reporting and accounting processes.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the presentation and reporting of accurate financial data, driving the improvement of the visibility of the numbers and standard policies and global accounting model within the group. As a key player in the finance group accounting and consolidation department, you will contribute to the company's mission by providing financial insights and enabling strategic decision-making.

Description

  • Prepare and revamp the financial reporting packages and commentary to management,
  • Automatize monthly, quarterly and yearly reports using HFM and SmartView,
  • Prepare and own all external financial reports in close cooperation of the communication team and VP Group Accounting & Consolidation,
  • Participate in the writing of analysis notes in cooperation with the Consolidation team,
  • Contribute to the CSRD project as and when required with finance input,
  • Manage balance sheet reviews and help conduct in-depth financial reviews of subsidiaries outside of face-to-face or remote closing periods,
  • Ensure concordance between the published social data of subsidiaries and the data entered for consolidation purposes,
  • Administer HFM system enhancements and consolidation tool tasks,
  • Assisting in the implementation of the new consolidation system,
  • Assist to the review of quarterly consolidation packages process, according to IFRS standards,
  • Assist the Consolidation Manager on coordinating auditors' requests relating to communication,
  • Contribute in continuous lean and streamline processes,
  • Providing insights and recommendations to enhance the efficiency of the accounting processes,
  • Initiating process improvements and streamlining reporting procedures,
  • Participate in updating group accounting procedures and training subsidiaries.

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior finance position within a corporate role (e.g., Accounting/Consolidation),
  • Qualified accountant with strong background in IFRS,
  • Solid knowledge of the Hyperion and HFM,
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP knowledge is a plus,
  • Business fluent in English and French is a must,
  • Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial information,
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate efficiently across all staff and stakeholders' levels,
  • Team & Hands-On working style,
  • Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable.
