The Global HR Manager will lead and manage the human resources function across all regions. This role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives, fostering a productive, efficient, and culturally cohesive workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global HR policies, overseeing talent acquisition and development, and ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.

Our client is an international company in the transport industry based in Geneva center.

Missions

  • Assist in recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Offer guidance onboarding and talent development initiatives
  • Coach on performance-related matters and assist in identifying development opportunities
  • Advise managers on employee relations, ensuring adherence to laws, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain high employee morale
  • Manage leave of absence process for assigned employees
  • Maintain knowledge of changing employment laws and regulations
  • Payroll management on different locations
  • Collaborate on creation of training programs
  • Cultivate a positive onboarding experience in line with the company's values and culture
  • Develop team-building activities

Profil du candidat

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a Corporate environment or similar role
  • Global experience is a plus
  • French & English (fluent)
  • Robust comprehension of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Expertise in talent management and organizational development within a rapidly growing setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adept in strategic problem-solving methodologies
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems is a plus
