Your main responsibilities as Purchasing Process Center Manager:
Supervising a team and delegating tasks when necessary.
Overseeing the administrative tasks related to supporting sourcing activities.
Developing processes and ways of working between the process center and purchasing stakeholders.
Developing a Front office (Processes & Team) to perform Indirect requesters activities task in SAP.
Managing the purchasing process and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Collaborating with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
Set up & maintenance of Process Center including an Indirect Front Office.
Direct Management of Purchasing Analysts.
Support Product Owner on defining best system.
Participate to group project impacting Purchasing processes & system.
Act as central point for escalation.
Coordinate interaction with process center & stakeholders.

What your professional experience should look like:
5+ years operational experience in process center
Experience in purchasing & industrial manufacturing sector
Mastering of Purchasing to Pay processes
Lead transformation project
Direct and functional team management
Bachelor or Master degree
Key skills:
Tools usage (SAP, Excel, third party management software)
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
Proven working experience as a process center manager
