As an HR Operations Assistant, you will be supporting the team in providing an excellent experience for our staff. Are you ready to make a difference?
Key responsibilities
- Delivering excellent service to clients, in person, on the phone and by email;
- Handling administrative tasks related to staff members’ life cycle: employment contracts, amendments, unpaid leave, births, attestations, employee departures, etc.;
- Welcoming new staff by assisting in the organization of Newcomers' Day, which includes sending out invitations, preparing documents and welcome gifts, handling logistics and delivering presentations during the event;
- Preparing child, maternity and paternity allowance applications;
- Maintaining staff records, including updating the HR database and ensuring it is complete;
- Establish intermediate and final work certificates ;
- Processing invoices for the HR team and following up with the Finance Division;
- Providing administrative support for the HR team;
- Preparing and designing PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements:
Experience:
- From 1 to 3 years in an administrative role
- Experience in HR would be an asset
Education:
- Commercial apprenticeship (Swiss CFC or equivalent)
- HR Certificate would be an asset
Languages:
- English: proficient
- French: proficient
- Other languages would be an asset
Additional requirements:
- Highly degree of service-mindedness
- Team spirit
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and procedures
- Design skills are an asset (PowerPoint presentations)
