About the role
Our client, an innovative high-tech startup developing advanced solutions for the electronics industry, is looking for a Junior Finance Manager to support the Finance Team. This is a 40% mission starting asap for 6 months, with a strong potential for a permanent position after graduation if you prove your value.
As a Junior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial and operational efficiency of the company. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring data accuracy. You must be ready to take on various new tasks within the finance team as the company grows within a fast-paced innovation environment.
Work tasks
- Processing, verifying, and entering accounts payable invoices
- Managing bank access, payment preparations, and employee expenses.
- Supporting general accounting and the dispatch of outgoing invoices.
- Coordinating with the team to resolve billing and financial queries.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with diverse operational and admin tasks.
We are looking for
- Currently finishing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Administration (HEC, HEG), or Hospitality (EHL).
- Previous background in administration or finance with a good understanding of accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Odoo is a plus).
- Fluent in English
- Organized and responsible profile with an "explorer" mindset, capable of taking the lead and proposing new ideas.
