Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of AI projects and programs from initial concept and planning through to deployment and post-launch impact evaluation
• Development and maintenance of AI project and program roadmaps, aligned with organisational priorities and evolving AI trends
• Coordination and leadership of cross-functional project teams comprising technical, scientific, and business stakeholders
• Acting as a central point of contact for all AI-related project matters, delivering regular status updates to management and key stakeholders
• Championing agile and adaptive project management practices across the organisation as a change agent
• Ensuring compliance with ethical AI standards, data privacy regulations, and internal quality and information security policies (incl. GxP/GLP/GCP where applicable)
• Active contribution to the internal project management community, including knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior colleagues

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in project and program management, ideally within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or data-driven settings, including familiarity with AI tools, applications, and development lifecycles
• Solid understanding of the drug discovery process in pharma or biotech R&D
• Proficiency in project execution tools such as Jira, MS Project, or MS Planner
• Bachelor's degree required; background in Technology, Life Sciences, Biology, or Chemistry preferred
• Formal training in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master); professional certification (PMP, CSM) strongly preferred
• Formal training in AI and machine learning concepts; CPMAI certification is a strong asset
