Remote Support & Data Operations Engineer for Autonomous Driving Systems - Zurich

We are looking for a Remote Support & Data Operations Engineer who excels at the intersection of real-time systems, data infrastructure, and customer operations. You will join our Operations team to support and improve daily activities across Embotech's autonomous driving deployments in automotive factories and port terminals. With the world's largest Level 4 factory deployment, this is a unique opportunity to shape industrial automation at scale. Your work will combine operational monitoring, issue triage, and backend data handling - helping define support processes, develop tooling, and build robust pipelines that make our remote operations smarter and more scalable. Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Engineering,
