As an EA to CE, you will provide comprehensive executive support, manage administrative tasks, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Description
- Organize travel arrangements and coordinate logistics.
- Prepare and monitor strategic files and documentation.
- Act as an interface with Chiefs and the Board, organize meetings and follow up on actions.
- Contribute to projects in a Chief of Staff capacity (coordination, reporting).
- Ensure confidentiality of all information and communications.
- Represent the CEO with internal teams and external partners.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO, ensuring efficient coordination of daily activities.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential communications.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
- Organize and coordinate executive-level events, including board meetings, leadership offsites, and client engagements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Support the CEO in board and committee preparations, including minute-taking, agenda setting, and follow-ups.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Profile
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Highly intelligent, able to quickly understand and translate strategic matters into actionable steps.
- Dynamic, positive, and flexible with strong listening skills.
- Assertive yet empathetic and caring, guided by simplicity, honesty, and approachability.
- Proven ability to work closely with senior leaders and navigate high-level environments.
- Skilled at identifying priorities and urgent matters, managing sensitive information with discretion.
