We are seeking a highly autonomous and proactive Sales Administration & Office Manager 50% to support our growing operations in Geneva. This role combines commercial administration and office management responsibilities in a fast-evolving environment requiring flexibility, ownership, and a hands-on approach.

Missions
Sales Administration & Operations
- Manage the full lifecycle of tenders (preparation, submission, follow-up)
- Oversee license management and ensure accurate tracking and renewals
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation
- Handle invoicing processes and follow up on payments in coordination with finance
Office Management & Coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and act as the local point of contact
- Manage suppliers, office logistics, and administrative processes
- Support internal coordination and communication across teams
- Contribute to process improvements in a scaling environment
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience in sales administration, office management, or similar roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- High level of autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with tenders, invoicing, and administrative processes
- Fluent French is mandatory, with a good command of English
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
