Senior Software Development Lead / Solution Architect
Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Onsite)
Start Date: 1 October 2025
Contract: Initial 3-month term
Your Mission
Join a high-impact digital transformation project supporting public sector clients in developing countries. Lead a cross-functional team in designing and delivering cloud-native solutions using AWS technologies.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 12+ years in software development
- 5+ years in team leadership
- 3+ years leading AWS-based development (Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito, etc.)
- Strong in Java or Node.js/TypeScript
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- AWS Developer Certification
- Experience with Angular, JSF, Docker, Solr
- Knowledge of IP rights systems and business process automation
Your Responsibilities
- Lead cloud-based development projects
- Mentor and support development teams
- Design scalable, secure technical solutions
- Collaborate with regional experts and stakeholders
- Deliver technical documentation and proof-of-concepts
